数据库工具包,后面的几代版本,在安装LabVIEW时就已经包含在内部,可以在安装时直接选择安装数据库连接工具包,不需要再单独下载安装,如果早期的版本没有包含数据库工具包,则可以下载该独立版本。也可以使用第三方的免费的LabSQL工具包。在2019以前的版本没有64位的工具包,如需要64位的工具包,需要升级2019或之后版本。

[*]DB Tools Delete Data—Use this VI to delete data from a database.
[*]DB Tools Update Data—Use this VI to update data in a database.
[*]This version includes the following changed VI and function:
[*]DB Tools Format Datetime String—In previous versions, this VI formats only seconds to a date/time string. In this version, you can use this VI to convert either seconds or timestamps to a date/time string. The VI name also changes from DB Tools Format Datetime Str to DB Tools Format Datetime String.
[*]Database Variant To Data—You can use this VI to convert more data types, including variant, 1D array of variants, and 2D array of variants, to a LabVIEW data type you specify.

Note: The Database Connectivity Toolkit does not support Windows NT/Me/2000/98/95 or the Windows Server non-R2 editions.Installation InstructionsBefore installing the Database Connectivity Toolkit, uninstall any previous versions of the SQL Toolkit for G that you have installed. The Database Connectivity Toolkit and the SQL Toolkit for G use different methods of communicating with databases. Sharing VIs between toolkits can result in errors.You can install all of your LabVIEW products—including the Database Connectivity Toolkit—using the LabVIEW 2010 Platform DVDs. You can find installation instructions for the Database Connectivity Toolkit along with activation instructions in the following locations:

The following list describes issues and recommendations for which database client software to use. Refer to the Known Issues section of this readme for database-specific issues.
[*]Microsoft Access—National Instruments recommends that you use the Microsoft Jet 4.0 or later OLE DB Provider.
[*]Microsoft SQL Server—National Instruments recommends that you use the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server.
[*]Oracle 7 and 8—You must install Oracle Client software on the machine to which you install the Database Connectivity Toolkit. National Instruments recommends that you use the Oracle Provider for OLE DB 8.1.6.2.0 or later. You can download the Oracle Provider from the Oracle Web site at www.oracle.com.
