mutexes that were created by create_mutexcreate_mutexCreateMutexCreateMutexCreateMutex. After calling
clear_all_mutexesclear_all_mutexesClearAllMutexesClearAllMutexesClearAllMutexes, no mutex can be used any longer.
clear_all_mutexesclear_all_mutexesClearAllMutexesClearAllMutexesClearAllMutexes exists solely for the purpose of
implementing the “reset program” functionality in HDevelop.
clear_all_mutexesclear_all_mutexesClearAllMutexesClearAllMutexesClearAllMutexes must not be used in any
application.
