The operator read_ncc_modelread_ncc_modelReadNccModelReadNccModelReadNccModel reads an NCC model, which has
been written with write_ncc_modelwrite_ncc_modelWriteNccModelWriteNccModelWriteNccModel, from the file
FileNameFileNameFileNameFileNamefileName. The default HALCON file extension for
the NCC model is 'ncm'.
