serializes a deep-learning-based classifier

principle of serialization). The classifier is defined by the handle
DLClassifierHandleDLClassifierHandleDLClassifierHandleDLClassifierHandleDLClassifierHandle
. The serialized classifier is
returned by the handle SerializedItemHandleSerializedItemHandleSerializedItemHandleSerializedItemHandleserializedItemHandle
and can be deserialized
by deserialize_dl_classifierdeserialize_dl_classifierDeserializeDlClassifierDeserializeDlClassifierDeserializeDlClassifier
.
The operator acts the same as write_dl_classifierwrite_dl_classifierWriteDlClassifierWriteDlClassifierWriteDlClassifier
except that the
