The state of the event before entering try_wait_eventtry_wait_eventTryWaitEventTryWaitEventTryWaitEvent is returned in BusyBusyBusyBusybusy. 1 indicates that the event was nonsignaled before calling try_wait_eventtry_wait_eventTryWaitEventTryWaitEventTryWaitEvent, 0 that the event was signaled.
