specifies for which metrology objects the
results are queried. For IndexIndexIndexIndexindexindex

of all metrology objects are returned. With the parameter InstanceInstanceInstanceInstanceinstanceinstance
it can be specified, which instances of the results are returned in
ParameterParameterParameterParameterparameterparameter
. The results for all instances are
