calculates the orthogonal distance

The result is passed in DistanceDistanceDistanceDistancedistancedistance

calculates the distances between a set of n points
and one line as well as the distances between a set of n points and n
lines.
Execution Information
- Multithreading type: reentrant (runs in parallel with non-exclusive operators).
