Accessing the Help Finding Examples Known Issues InstallationVersion 6.0.2 for LabVIEW 8.6Internet Toolkit 6.0.2 is compatible with LabVIEW 8.6. If you want to use Internet Toolkit with an older version of LabVIEW, you must install Internet Toolkit 6.0.1. Before installing the LabVIEW Internet Toolkit 6.0.2, uninstall any previous versions of the Internet Toolkit from the computer. Note Some virus detection programs interfere with the installer. Disable any automatic virus detection programs before you install. After installation, check your computer for viruses and enable any virus detection programs you disabled. (Windows Vista/XP/2000) You can install all of your LabVIEW products—including LabVIEW and the Internet Toolkit—using the LabVIEW 8.6 Platform DVDs. Refer to the LabVIEW Release Notes, which are available in your LabVIEW box, for information about the LabVIEW Platform DVDs. Known IssuesThe LabVIEW Internet Toolkit 6.0.2 includes the following known issues: - The Internet Toolkit includes the G Web Server for backward compatibility. National Instruments recommends you use the LabVIEW Web Server to run VIs on the Web.
- The G Web Server no longer can share a port with the LabVIEW Web Server. If you have applications that include both Internet Toolkit CGI VIs and LabVIEW remote panels, the VIs and the remote panels cannot be on the same port. You must reimplement the CGI VIs using the LabVIEW Import Web Service wizard.
